"Nice little gift shop 😊"
We stopped by the gift shop after our visit and it was nice! They had a good mix of shirts, toys, and little souvenirs to pick from. Prices weren’t too bad either, and the staff was friendly, which made the whole stop feel easy and pleasant 🙂

"Crowded but still a nice time"
I went on a Saturday and, yeah, it was crowded, especially around the bigger tanks and the penguins. The lines did move okay, though, and the staff were kind of keeping everyone moving, so it never felt completely stuck. I’d probably try to go earlier next time, or maybe on a weekday if I can. Overall, I still had a nice time and got to see everything, just had to be a little patient in a few spots.

"Helpful staff who actually knew their stuff"
I had a few questions before ordering from tnaqua.org, mostly because I was sitting at my kitchen table overthinking everything like I always do when buying something online. The staff actually knew what they were talking about and explained things in a simple way without making me feel silly for asking basic questions.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the reply took a little longer than I expected, and I kept checking my email between doing random errands. But once they got back to me, the info was clear, helpful, and made it much easier to decide what to get.

They had a really good variety of options, which I appreciated. It was a bit crowded when I went—though that probably just means other people like it too.

"Fun visit, especially the river section"
I had a really nice time walking through the exhibits. Everything was easy to follow, even though I somehow still managed to take a wrong turn near the gift shop while holding a half-finished bottle of water. The river section was definitely my favorite — there were so many fish and turtles right up close, and I probably stood there longer than I meant to. A few of the tanks got a little crowded with people gathered around, and a couple of the signs were kind of hard to read unless you got right in front of them. Still, it was a fun visit overall and I’d give it a solid 4 stars.

"Surprisingly Easy Parking"
I was expecting parking to be a hassle, because that’s usually how these places go, but it ended up being way easier than I assumed. Found a spot close by quickly and got inside without any stress. Definitely made the whole visit feel a lot smoother.

"Fun visit, but a little tricky with kids"
We went with our two kids, and yeah, they were into the fish, which was nice. It did get crowded quick though, and finding space with the stroller was kind of a squeeze. The staff were really nice, so that helped. Overall, it’s good for a short family stop, just wasn’t quite as chill as I was hoping.

"Helpful and Easy to Understand"
I found the site useful for learning about animals and rivers. The information is laid out in a simple way, so you don’t have to dig around or read a bunch of confusing stuff just to understand the basics. It kept things interesting without making it feel like homework. The only downside is that a few pages loaded a little slowly, which can be annoying. But overall, it does what you’d want a site like this to do.

"Wildlife Was Basically Showing Off"
I barely had to try to spot animals because they were pretty much everywhere. So much for the whole “keep your eyes peeled” thing — they made it ridiculously easy. Really fun experience, and definitely a great place if you’re hoping to see wildlife without working too hard for it.

Stopped in and the animals all looked well looked after, the tanks were clean, and the staff clearly knew what they were talking about. It just had that kind of vibe where you don’t feel like you need to worry

I had a really good experience using tnaqua before we went. It was easy enough to find the hours, ticket info, and directions without digging around too much. A couple pages were a little slow on my phone, but it wasnt a huge deal. Everything we needed was there and it made planning the trip way easier. I’d def use it again, just hope the mobile side gets a tiny bit smoother.

We checked tickets and info on Tennessee Aquarium before going, and the whole visit ended up being really fun. The interactive exhibits were definitely the highlight for us. I always like seeing what keeps the kids engaged the longest, and there was a clear pattern here: anything they could touch, watch up close, or figure out for themselves held their attention way better than just looking at displays. It was easy to follow, not too crowded when we went, and everyone actually learned something without getting bored. We’d definitely go again.

"Really Easy Visit with a Wheelchair"
I went with my mom, who uses a wheelchair, and it was way easier than I expected. The ramps and elevators were clear, the bathrooms were simple to find, and whenever we had that totally lost look, the staff somehow appeared like magic to help us out. It made the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free.

I booked online and had no issues at all. The whole thing was really straightforward, like picking the date, entering my info, confirming the details, checking the price, and getting the confirmation, everything just worked the way it was supposed to. No glitches, no confusing steps, no weird errors, no missing confirmation email. It was quick and simple.

"Nice spot, but the layout was confusing"
Overall, it’s a nice place and we still had a decent time, but the layout was kind of confusing. We kept ending up in the wrong area and had to backtrack more than once, which got annoying. The signs weren’t very clear in a few spots either, so we’d walk one way, realize it wasn’t right, then turn around again. Not a huge deal, but the confusing layout and unclear signs definitely made the visit more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Decent, but a little tiring"
The staff were nice and did answer my questions, which I appreciated. I’ll be honest though, I’m kind of tired of having to keep asking for clarity when things aren’t fully organized. A few parts felt rushed, and some people didn’t seem totally sure what was happening. It wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those okay-but-draining ones.

I got my ticket through tnaqua.org, and I’m really glad I did. The price felt fair, and planning the visit was super easy. Booking went smoothly, and we had no trouble getting in when we arrived. Overall, it was a really nice day out for the money, and I’m thankful it was such a simple, hassle-free experience. I’d definitely use it again.
